At bartyspares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Check Compatibility
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging and manuals before initiating your return.
Request a Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the spare parts in a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
